Our Mission

The Bureau of International Organization Affairs (IO), with its seven diplomatic missions (Geneva, Montreal, Nairobi, New York, Paris, Rome, and Vienna), develops and implements U.S. policy at the United Nations and in a wide range of other multilateral organizations.
